Offer is valid from 20:30 hours on 21st April 2023 till 23:59 hours on 7th May. (“Offer Period”).

How to Participate

To participate in the referral program, users must invite their friends and family to sign up and trade on the Investmint app using their unique invite link.

By participating in the referral program, users agree to the following terms and conditions.

Details of the Offer

1. If you invite a referee to sign up on Investmint app using your unique referral link, you can earn twice the amount of "mintcoins" that you would normally earn for actions that the referee takes within the app, given below:
   a. Sign-up.
   b. Each of the first three trades executed on unique live signals by the referee        through the Investmint app.
2. Mintcoins can be redeemed for blue chip stocks and premium model subscriptions in the redemption section from 9th May 2023.
3. The referrer can refer to multiple people and earn 2x mint coins for each unique referee, capped at 50 unique individuals.
4. Exiting a position without acting on systematic signals does not count as a rewarded action. Similarly adding more funds to an existing trade does not count as a rewarding action either.
5. To qualify for the referral week program, each referred individual must use a   unique demat account.
6. Offer applicable on all models hosted on the Investmint app.

Offer Terms & Conditions:

1. To qualify as a referee the said individual must have received a unique invite link by the referrer.
2. The 2x mintcoin boost shall only be applicable for new referrals.
3. Investmint does not guarantee any monetary returns, nor takes responsibility for any loss incurred by virtue of a trade being made by the referee.
4. Referrers will receive a reward for each defined action, criteria for which are established in this document.
5. Referrers may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of earning multiple rewards. Any attempt to cheat or circumvent the referral program will result in disqualification.
6. Stock rewards can only be awarded to Zerodha account holders. If you wish to redeem a reward, you must create a new Zerodha account through Investmint’s redemption page, in-case you don’t have one already.
7. Investmint reserves the right to modify or terminate mintcoins awarded for a particular action without notice.
8. Investmint will have the final discretion in determining who will receive the 2x mintcoins.
9. Investmint reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
10. Investmint shall not be held responsible for any issues arising out of this referral program.

Glossary

1. “Investmint” shall be used as a placeholder to refer to “Toolbox Technology Pvt Ltd” for the purpose of this document.
2. “Reward” is defined as whatever is available on the Investmint app as redeemable. The rewards can be changed at the discretion of Investmint without notice.
3. “Mintcoins” are loyalty points awarded to users of Investmint app for actions defined by Investmint. These can then be redeemed for rewards which are made available at Investmint’s discretion.
4. “Referrer'' shall be an individual  that initiates a referral, by providing an invite link or code to another individual (the "referee").
5. "Referee" shall be an individual that receives the referral and acts upon it by using the referral link to sign up and trade.
6. The term ‘act on’ in reference to a live/unique signal will be construed to mean ‘trading with a supported broker through the Investmint app’ in reference to the referral week campaign.
